Fitzpatrick Homes is a family-owned business that began renovating and building new homes in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1963. The company’s foundation of excellence quickly became firmly established in the community. With his Irish roots, company founder Joseph Fitzpatrick built a business that provides a feeling of inclusiveness to its employees. In 1993, Joseph’s son Dennis Fitzpatrick assumed daily operations of the family business, and that same year the company began building homes in the Central Valley. Over the years, Fitzpatrick Homes has expanded its portfolio to include multi-family, commercial, and retail real estate. Having earned the reputation for superior quality, attention to detail, and creating beautiful home designs, Fitzpatrick Homes continues to ensure this remains a primary focus and end goal…it’s simply in their DNA!
MEET FLORSHEIM HOMES
Similarly, Florsheim Homes also is a family-owned business founded in 1983 by two brothers, David and Bob Florsheim. In forming Florsheim Homes, David and Bob both brought unique qualities to the table. David was passionate about details which was a perfect fit for construction and Bob enjoyed the land purchase and financial side of the operations. Together these two built an amazing company that has deep roots in the Central Valley and Reno market areas. David has since passed down the baton to Nancy Florsheim Sebok and Randy Bling. As CFO, Nancy handles the company’s finances and Randy runs the day-to-day operations as president of Florsheim Homes. Both of them work as partners alongside Bob to guide the company today and set the tone and culture for the future. Florsheim Homes is dedicated to producing quality craftsmanship and innovative designs while providing beautiful new homes to the customer that can adapt to fit any lifestyle.
